I came to Kissimmee-Orlando ten years ago from Torrington, Connecticut with my wife Christine. We came here for the beautiful weather and a less stressful lifestyle.

The Kissimmee real estate market is considered to be one of the best markets in all of the United States. Just recently, metro Orlando " as mentioned on Good Morning America" was included to be one of the top 10 cities with the lowest employment rate due to the thriving economic growth we are experiencing here.
Also, many of the surrounding Orlando areas, including Kissimmee experienced an increase in home sales from 2008, where others areas around the U.S. are still facing an enormous deline in real estate sales. We actually beat out Las Vegas and Scottsdale AZ for sales increases. Bottom line, this area has it all. The fun, the sun, the jobs, and so much more! Yes although we are facing a slower market right now with homes staying longer on the market, It's still a great time for real estate in Central Florida.
